Welcome to Workova. By accessing or using our mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using Workova, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old to use Workova.
Workova is a marketplace platform that connects customers who need services with independent workers who provide them. We are not a party to any service agreement between customers and workers, and we do not employ workers.

Workova maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. This includes but is not limited to: hate speech, harassment, nudity, fraud, violence, and exploitation. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement.
Customers are responsible for accurately describing their service needs. Workers are responsible for completing jobs as agreed and providing accurate quotes. All disputes should be reported to Workova through our in-app reporting system.
Workova may charge platform fees for completed transactions. Fee structures will be clearly communicated before any charge is incurred. Workers are responsible for their own taxes on income earned through the platform.
You retain ownership of content you submit to Workova, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with our services. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. Fake or retaliatory reviews are prohibited.
We review all reports within 24 hours. Users found to be in violation of these terms will be suspended or permanently banned. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.
Workova is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services listed on our platform. We are not responsible for any disputes between users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
You may delete your account at any time through the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
